"The town house, as space and idea, is the place where you live and grow in the public and private aspects of life. It is both a known and unknown space."

The project consists of a central core where the primary service areas (bathrooms, laundry, closets, kitchen) and main vertical and horizontal circulation are contained, so the living spaces are articulated freely and attached to the main core.

The spaces are articulated by a rhythm of open and closed spaces, in order to gain light and cross ventilation in every room, and also to create s series of patios to stimulate outdoor social gathering and recreation.
